Logan property plans to build 1,400 units on the Florence residences site. The estimated premium is $288.6 million which will be paid to the state to renew the lease to 99 years. This property is located close to the bus interchange of Hougang mall and the Hougang MRT station. It is also a walking distance from the Kovan MRT station situated along Serangoon Road.
